The Quest Begins... :]

As long as there are people, there will be discrimination. As long as there are possessions, there will be greed. As long as there are animals, there will be cruelty. I wish I could say otherwise, but that'd be a lie. I went vegetarian somewhere around Thanksgiving of 7th grade (I'm now in the second semester of 9th grade) to simply be able to know that I didn't contribute as much to that cruelty. Today I decided to become a vegan (more about that a little later...) I guess I'm starting this blog to share my vegan views, and my quest to support as little animal cruelty as possible. A teacher of a dear friend of mine once said, " We're all going to die, so recite a poem." and she did (recite a poem, not die!) and I guess I'm going to instead write a blog, so here I go...
